Individuals, associations and companies can support Bolzano Danza Festival and help promote the arts in South Tyrol in a number of ways. Körper: A special focus dedicated to Gennaro Cimmino. For over twenty years, Naples-based dance centre Körper has explored the expressive possibilities of dance, theatre, music and contemporary art – producing and promoting dance as a physical art form and a universal language of communication. Rooted in dialogue and exchange with leading European and international organisations, the centre is committed to artistic quality and innovation. Bolzano Danza pays tribute to Körper’s late founder, Gennaro Cimmino – who passed away unexpectedly in late 2024 – with a special evening featuring two of the most compelling Italian choreographic voices to emerge in recent years. The programme is accompanied by a dedicated talk reflecting on the past, present and future of one of Italy’s leading cultural institutions.
